I spent around 15 minutes in my BIOS browsing, mostly checking if XMP was enabled and then turning it off again, since I didn’t want to make any changes tonight. After a recent MMO upgrade, the XMP setting isn’t disabled. I didn’t save the adjustments after enabling XMP, so when I pressed f10 to save, I didn’t make any further changes in the BIOS. However, after rebooting from BIOS, my computer keeps looping in blue screens, making Windows appear broken and needing a system recovery. Each time I restart, I encounter different stop codes like "WHEA uncorrectable error," "Machine Check_Exception," or "Attempted Execute of noexecute_memory." Sometimes I can reach the desktop for about a minute before it crashes again, and the Event Viewer displays multiple errors. What could have caused this issue, and what steps should I take to fix it? I’m unable to power off the PC without a force shutdown.

I just made some changes to my motherboard. Should I refresh the BIOS on the board or replace it with a newer one? When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's good practice to provide detailed system information. Please list your build specs as follows: CPU, CPU cooler, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, Chassis, OS, Monitor, and include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
