PC keeps restarting into BIOS repeatedly.
I’m facing problems with my PC when it restarts. After powering off, it always jumps straight into the BIOS instead of launching directly to Windows. To reach Windows I have to exit the BIOS, but the system frequently restarts back into the BIOS again. This cycle can happen multiple times before the computer finally boots up.
I’m also dealing with another issue during restarts. After starting a restart, the system powers down, attempts to restart once more, but displays a black screen and a persistent "BOOT" debug light on the motherboard. The PC stays on this screen with the debug light until I force a shutdown. Once that’s done, I have to manually shut it down to clear the debug light, and only then does the system boot into Windows.
It seems the problem might relate to the CSM/LEGACY/UEFI settings. I’ve already adjusted these configurations, but the results remain unchanged. The Windows installation was set under UEFI BIOS, and the hard drive was changed to GPT before installing Windows 11.
