PC keeps rebooting ?
Constructed a new computer. It initially functioned briefly before entering an endless cycle of powering on and turning off. It consistently halts at the VGA indicator before shutting down. The fans and GPU activate and illuminate prior to shutdown. The system operates normally with built-in graphics, but after installing the GPU it reverts to looping. I changed the HDMI cables, reinserted the GPU, reset the CMOS, unplugged everything and then reconnected.
