Hi, I’m dealing with a persistent issue that’s been bothering me for eight months now. It doesn’t happen every time, but it does every other day when I boot up the PC, open Discord, and try to play something. My microphone stops working, static appears, and even after closing all apps, Windows behaves poorly—mouse lag, frame skips, and brief freezes. I’ve tried several fixes: upgraded OS versions, switched storage types, updated drivers, and reverted BIOS settings multiple times. PC specs remain consistent, but the performance issues persist. The issue seems tied to audio output and system responsiveness, especially with the MOBO mouse. I’m at a loss and unsure what’s causing it, so I’m considering swapping the MOBO for a more reliable model. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
