PC issues frequent restarts or freezes while Windows displays spinning dots.
I retrieved the system from my closet and turned it on after nearly three years. It worked fine for a single night, but the next day it kept restarting and nothing appeared on the screen. I assumed the power supply unit was failing, so I connected another PSU and finally saw the MOBO interface appear and open the BIOS. However, when the spinning dots on the MOBO screen appear, the system freezes and I can't take any action except to shut it down. I've encountered two BSOD errors:
1. System Thread Exception Not Handled
2. Page Fault In Nonpaged Area
I replaced the RAM and changed the CMOS battery, thinking the liquid cooler might be the issue. The CPU overheated, so I removed the liquid cooling block and installed a standard Intel cooler with fresh thermal paste. Still, the same problems persist. I suspected the SSD might be corrupted, so I tried connecting it to another PC, which boots normally. I also unplugged all PCIe devices to rule out further complications.
Could this be a motherboard failure? I also believe the original PSU could have been the problem, as the new one from another computer works fine.
Currently, on the MOBO, I only see the case fans, peripherals, CPU, and SSD. The BIOS is detecting all components correctly. I'm seeking advice and appreciate your help!

Do you have a link to the RAM kit you're using?
What is the BIOS version of your motherboard right now? How recent are the PSU's mentioned earlier? Does the system restart if you don't have an iGPU in your setup?
I just removed both sticks and installed a Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR4 stick I found nearby. The problem persists, with more than just reboots causing constant freezing on the Mobo page when loading Windows. I sometimes manage to enter BIOS but it freezes again. I’m planning to check the BIOS version if I can access it without freezing. My main concern is overheating, though I’ve replaced the cooler with an air cooler. The PSU is 7 years old, and the frequent reboots seem to come from the original PSU in the build, which I’ve swapped out with a more reliable one. I also removed the GPU.
