I was in Valorant and placed my phone on top of my PC. Then the connection to my monitor dropped, and I think the USB ports aren’t working. The case fans stopped spinning, but the CPU cooler is still running and the GPU is still on. I’m unsure what to do and don’t know if turning off the power supply is necessary. When I try to shut it down with the power button, it also stops working. I just built my PC recently and need some guidance.

Yes, turn the power supply off. Really need specifics on components to help with this though. If it's a Ryzen, I've seen memory stability issues cause this, and they're pretty funny about RAM for some reason. If this is a possibility, re-seating the GPU and RAM might correct it, at least temporarily. Edited January 17, 2023 by An0maly_76 Revised, more info
