But how can I access BIOS and perform tasks similar to a pre-Windows boot if my power supply unit is the issue?

The system consumes significantly less energy when operating in BIOS mode, as hardware remains inactive until drivers are loaded, resulting in lower power usage beforehand. This doesn't necessarily mean the PSU is the problem; however, it's worth considering since some issues may only become apparent under load.

It worked! I managed to clean install Windows 11. I removed every drive except the SSD I wanted to use and turned off all peripherals before starting, which might have been the cause. Thanks to everyone who responded to this thread—your help really made a difference. I’ll definitely consider upgrading my PSU this holiday season. Thank you!
