They originated from a previous generation of components. Are these parts currently in use? We're unsure about the BIOS update status, as the B450 chipset was introduced before the 4500 series. If your motherboard lacks a recent BIOS version, it may fail to detect your CPU, leading to issues similar to what you're experiencing. You might need to use an older CPU model, such as a 2600-series, to update the BIOS for a newer revision.
