Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Since upgrading my CPU about a year ago, I've been facing frequent crashes.
What processor did you use before? How are you keeping it cool?
Besides the CPU, have you replaced your SSD and motherboard?
Did you reinstall the operating system? If not, that might be the issue.
Details: Asus Tuf b550 Wifi II
BIOS version for your motherboard?
EVGA 650w 80 plus Gold
EVGA offers several 650W 80+ Gold models—do you own one?
Also, is 650W sufficient for my setup?
A PSU from 2017 won’t deliver the same power after eight years. I thought you should know that.
I’m more inclined to suspect the PSU is the problem because it’s older, but I have no idea and can’t afford to replace both parts right now.
Source: borrowed, not purchased, a well-built PSU capable of delivering 750W for the whole system—recommended from a friend or neighbor to confirm if your PSU is the cause.

The information provided does not specify the required wattage. It mentions uncertainty about suitable power consumption and notes that previous recommendations varied widely without being excessively high.
