I had reset Windows 11 on my hard drive to delete the apps installed from my previous motherboard. When I turned on my PC, it didn't boot up. I noticed the HDD LED light flashed for one second. How do I upgrade the BIOS with no boot up?

Was die BIOS-Version auf dem Gerät aktualisiert?
Die Kompatibilität dieser CPU mit dem BIOS beträgt ab Version P5.0 und höher.

I need to transfer the BIOS onto my old motherboard since the new one isn't booting up.

To achieve that, you need an earlier Ryzen model. Even an R3 1200 would work. The key point is to be able to access the BIOS to flash the device, as this particular model doesn’t have another option.

I still possess the Ryzen 3 3600G. It's installed, but it fails to boot. It operates for about 20 seconds before powering off and restarting again.

Ensure the system runs with the earliest BIOS release. Is this a new model? Have you tested 3600G without a dedicated GPU but using MB, which includes an IGPU? Incorrectly installed RAM might cause similar issues—try placing it in different locations and reset CMOS/BIOS afterward.

My computer is active but keeps restarting unnecessarily, and it doesn't start properly now. I saw a brief flash from the hard drive LED just once when power was switched on.

My computer is functioning properly now. Fixing one of my RAM modules in the incorrect slot helped. Appreciate the guidance.
