Do you have any idea what that sound might be? It started occasionally but now it happens more often and it's really bothersome. Please tell me what it sounds like or if you recognize it.

This item could have been useful if it had a video clip with audio to identify the likely cause. During this time, there are two options available.
1) Provide detailed specifications in the following format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard. If you're using a prebuilt desktop or laptop, just state the make, model, and SKU.
2) Use an A4 sheet, roll it into a cylinder, and listen to the sound from one end while holding it near your ear. For desktops, remove side panels if needed to pinpoint the noise source.

Maybe the issue lies with your CPU cooler. It seems you might need to clean out the internal parts, though there could be another fan visible from the other angle. You can share your video with an audio clip using Imgur.

The fan blades making contact with the wire is my assumption.
