Hello, I have a Verizon Fios CR1000A Router with a 1 Gig plan. I recently added the Verizon Fios extender E3200. I connected it via an Ethernet port and everything seems to be working properly. But my PC only connects to the router. The house layout is such that the router is in the basement, while the extender is in the master bedroom on the second floor (the only floor with an Ethernet port). When I’m in my room (same level as the master), my phone and S24 Ultra connect automatically to the extender, just like the TV in another room. However, my PC only sees the router and connects there, even though it’s two floors below and on the opposite side of the house. I know it isn’t connected to the extender because I can see it in the router’s UI page. My PC is on a 5 GHz signal and gets around 200 Mbps; I feel like if I were directly connected to the router, speeds would be even higher. Do you have any idea how to force my PC to connect to the extender?

Are your PC's back antennas positioned correctly? If they're pointing toward the router, the case might be obstructing the extender signal. The best fix would be using an external antenna, ideally a model like the ASUS motherboard antenna with 2T2R/MIMO for improved reception.
