Worked diligently to verify all connections on my PSU. The built-in argb fans remain inactive in my setup. A previous issue occurred, causing a brief flash of light inside the case when attempting to power it, followed by an immediate shutdown after about a second. As a beginner in PC building, I’m likely overlooking something simple.
Did you set up the board on the breadboard? If not, do it now.
That means move MoBo out of the PC case and place it in something like a MoBo retail box. Remove the GPU, attach the monitor to the box, leave one RAM slot, and connect the KB/mice, 24-pin ATX, and 8-pin EPS. Then attempt to power it up.

I haven't tried it yet, but I believe the issue could be with my PSU. I just posted another update about it and would appreciate your help if you can watch the video. Let me know if it's a dead PSU or if you should breadboard instead.

If front I/O cables are not connected, you can connect power + and - pins to activate the MoBo. Remove the PC manual from your PCs (also known as the MoBo manual) and check page 46. To power on the device, briefly touch the two pins with a screwdriver tip or similar metal object. To turn it off, flip the switch located behind the PSU.
