What processor model are you running? Your setup might have memory allocated for the IGPU.

I recently switched my OS and storage to an SSD since the HDD failed. Clearing CMOS could potentially assist?

Hardware allocation appears set—it seems the system isn’t recognizing it properly. Restore your memory to factory defaults via BIOS and check if it improves. Your current XMP/DOCP configurations may not be ideal. Updating the BIOS could also be beneficial.
