Pc Gray testing during Windows 10 boot process
I recently added another DDR3 8GB RAM stick that matches the first one in brand and type. I kept encountering blue screen crashes with the error code Stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. After checking the RAM placement, I noticed audio issues and Chrome freezing. I restarted the system but now it won’t boot into Windows and shows a gray screen after the BIOS menu. Should I reinstall Windows or is there another problem? Also, I’m unsure if the glossy blackspot on the motherboard is related.
