In the search bar at the bottom of the taskbar, enter msconfig. ... Choose the Services section, then hide all Microsoft applications. Click the checkboxes in the top part of the service list. Press OK and then restart the system.

Thanks everyone for the assistance. Removed TotalAV, Uninstalled Icue, Uninstalled Nord VPN, found several issues and quarantined them. Updated LAN cable, cleared LAN drivers, and everything connected properly now. Google is working correctly. Reinstalled Icue and Nord, still stable Smile. Would you consider trying TotalAV again Smile?)Smile
