The computer loads every game from the storage ssd except Path of Exile, which it opens and then closes immediately. I've tried various solutions: installing directly on the ssd, copying from the main ssd, and adjusting the installation path in the registry editor. I don't use Path of Exile through Steam; I use it with the standalone launcher. No one has any suggestions on what might be causing this issue. My ssd is a Western Digital 1TB WD Blue 3D NAND Internal PC SSD with SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm, up to 560 MB/s.

I would remove the duplicate file and reinstall the game correctly on the desired SSD for optimal performance.

I've already done that. I completely removed it and reinstalled it on the storage SSD, but it didn't work as expected. I mentioned this in my post.

I don't rely on Steam for Path of Exile, and I don't want my account connected via Steam.

Are there any errors or warnings in the event viewer?

The post does not clarify whether you installed it on that drive during setup or simply copied files afterward. It mentions contacting support but does not specify if you selected the drive as the installation location or performed a separate copy operation.

I'm sorry for not being clear earlier, I reached out to support but it's been nearly a week and I haven't gotten any answers.
