As mentioned in the title, most applications (or other software, or even my main screen) function best when afterburner is enabled. I've had this PC since May and it's been doing this for about two weeks after I bought it. Do you know how to resolve this issue? The specs are an Intel i5-7600G 3600GB RAM gaming system with an M.2 NVMe SSD, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, X570 graphics, and Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz memory.
