Hey! I’m dealing with an unusual issue after my recent hardware upgrade. My system runs smoothly for three months now, but lately the fans are quieter and the PC often fails to boot properly. When I power it on, both CPU and memory indicators light up briefly before switching to just the GPU fan, which then turns off. After a few minutes it restarts, sometimes after an hour. Occasionally I can force it off and press the power button again, but it still stalls. Sometimes it works once, other times it keeps looping. I’ve tried BIOS updates, disabling Fast Boot, and swapping RAM sticks, but nothing seems to fix it. I suspect the problem might be with the power supply or motherboard configuration. I’m considering a return and would appreciate your advice before deciding. Thanks!
The system has sufficient time to boot. Your AM5 configuration does slow down memory training, which may cause delays—posting could take up to a minute.
Sadly yes, It has never happened that it did post, even after waiting for hours
I restored the BIOS using the reset options on the BIOS menu, but your approach didn’t work either. Unfortunately, I don’t have any backup hardware available.
