I recently purchased my PC a few months ago and have been facing several problems. Initially, it was just Valorant crashing during the main menu or loading screen, so I attempted troubleshooting but nothing resolved the issue. Eventually, random applications would freeze or crash whenever I booted up or tried to launch a game. After running diagnostics like MemTest86 and Samsung Magician, I found no hardware errors. I decided to wipe the SSD and reinstall Windows, but now I can’t open Discord or install games. Additionally, my PC boots into safe mode even with XMP enabled for RAM. I’m unsure how to fix it and prefer not to take it to a repair shop. (I have a warranty on most components and attached some photos of the issues.)

Knowing your PC specifications would help a lot. If you're facing problems with XMP, turn it off. Make sure your BIOS is current. Replace your memory and place the sticks in slots 2 and 4 (unless you have only one).
