The issue began when my computer would completely restart the system, followed by a blue screen. This occurs within about 3 minutes after turning on. After that, my PC freezes for 30 seconds once it starts, and the fans continue to run. I have four 8GB RAM sticks installed, but switching between them didn’t help. The problem persists even after resetting Windows, especially during the installation process. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how to identify the source?

I'm experiencing the same problem myself. It doesn't freeze in BIOS but does in Safe Mode. I haven't reinstalled Windows yet, but it seems this approach might not work well in my case. I recently posted more details about my situation, but the outcome remains unchanged. Question - My PC restarts and freezes within minutes (sometimes BSOD appears). Many fixes haven't helped. Hello. My PC has a serious issue and I'm exhausted trying different solutions. The computer performs one of three actions: 1. It restarts immediately, displays a blink and enters MDP input message to boot; 2. It freezes completely, unable to move or interact at all. The only way out is pressing the power button; 3. BSOD occurs... forums.
