Hi bosses,
My 7+yo PC is having frequent freezes or occasional blue screens. The freezes usually start within the first 10 minutes of use for tasks like web browsing, Google Sheets, or Udemy courses. I often have to cut off power instead of restarting. For the blue screens, I don't remember the exact sequence but it's happened less than three times in the past month. I've tried running memtest and resetting Windows, but the problem persists. Please help!

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? Can you remain in BIOS indefinitely without a lockup?
