Hey, you're experiencing some freezing issues on your PC. It sometimes crashes while playing games, even when not in use. There are no error messages, just a slowdown. You're running Windows 11 64-bit with AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, MSI PRO B650M-A motherboard, and the setup includes RAM, GPU, and storage specs listed.

Can you confirm if using CTRL+ALT+DEL restores the freeze or if a reboot is necessary? Have you attempted this without XMP enabled? Did you verify the SMART status of your storage drives?

It can be fixed by waiting or using CTRL + ALT + DEL, which usually takes about 30 seconds. I haven't tested with XMP disabled, but the SSD seems to work fine.

I've attempted to disable XMP now, I'll provide feedback once the problem recurs.

It seems the issue could stem from a driver or software concern if the freeze is fixable.

All drivers are current, I’m pretty sure I’ve checked everyone, so a software issue seems like the most likely explanation.

Check the event viewer to see when it freezes. Typical issues include RGB tools, wireless applications, and input devices like keyboards or mice.

XMP removal didn't help and the viewer remains empty.

The message you received seems to indicate a critical system issue rather than just a normal restart. It suggests the system didn't shut down properly and may have experienced an unexpected crash or power failure. This isn't typical behavior after a standard reboot.
