Hey everyone, I'm using an i5-9300H with a GTX 1660TI and 16GB RAM. I'm only getting around 100 FPS in CSGO on low settings. The Task Manager shows it's using the dedicated GPU, but the FPS is still pretty low even though I don't have the same problem in other games. Can someone help me figure this out?

Determine the GPU and CPU utilization levels, plus verify your temperature readings.

It seems the processor is the main constraint. The 9300H offers limited performance.
