It seems the R5 3600 paired with an AMD Vega or Polaris offers strong OpenCL performance, while Navi underperforms. Consider getting a GTX 1660 Super and using CUDA if needed.

Even though I run on Vegas, I haven’t seen performance details across different systems. If I were to purchase it, I’d probably go with the 3600 model, mainly due to its improved FPU and larger CPU cache.
