PC fans at 100%, no screen or keyboard, mouse powered on
Hello, I built a test bench but it doesn’t power on properly. It only runs fans at full speed. MOBO: Asus P5E
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850
RAM: 4x2GB DDR2 800Mhz
GPU: FAKE 1050 Ti with correct BIOS (It works in my main PC)
PSU: Corsair TX 650W
It didn’t have a CMOS battery for a while, I replaced it but it didn’t help. I also tried memory sticks and still couldn’t fix it. In my main PC, the 650W Coolermaster PSU works, but now it only powers on with a 350W PSU before that. Now I switched to a 650W Corsair PSU, but nothing happens. It’s strange that no matter which PSU I use, it fails if it’s not working.

when i place the pc inside my main case with a 650w psu it functions properly, but it doesn't work when it's not in the case.
