I previously used a Ryzen 5 5500 on a B550M-K motherboard with a stock cooler. After switching to a Ryzen 9 5900X and a Noctua NH-D15S, the new CPU isn’t booting past Windows—it only lets me access BIOS. When I reinstalled the latest BIOS version, it worked perfectly. The CPU itself seems undamaged, and compatibility checks confirm it should function normally. I’ve tried everything. Could you help?

Attempted to reinstall Windows. It failed during a transition from 12600 to 12900k, causing a crash. After reinstalling, everything functioned properly.

I've restored it to a 62GB USB flash drive, but the setup is failing—system freezes at the troubleshooting screen. USB and the main drive aren't accepting the boot.

You're trying to reinstall Windows 11 from version 24H2, but it's not progressing as expected. It seems there may be an issue with that release on the official Microsoft website.
