They plan to run 14-14-14-34 2t at 1.50v-1.55v using a bench. Uncertain about stability for regular use in normal conditions, but require cooling directly at that voltage.

Yes, little to crappy airflow I would limit volts to 1.45 and speeds under 1900.

My setup offers solid airflow (Lancool Mesh II Performance), but I prefer a gentler approach. I’ll go with 4000 MHz and the smallest possible clock speeds.

Test the settings at 2000 14-15-15-35 with a 1.55v speed. It should start working.

You're considering staying with the current setup but are limited to 16 GB. Your old system had 32 GB at 3200 MHz, so you'd need a similar configuration in that range.
