I recently updated my computer by replacing the old motherboard and installing a new one along with a fresh CPU. The cooling system was added, and everything else stayed the same. When I power it on, it shows nothing on the screen but the fans and RGB lights are active. There’s a flashing red light on the CPU and then a yellow one on the graphics card. I’ve tried everything: cleaning the RAM, checking connections, ensuring the CPU is clean and pins straight. I reset the BIOS using a jumper between two pins. You mentioned it might be related to low power consumption, as the i9 model uses more power than my previous processor. Your specs look good—Intel Pro Z690-A, DDR4 motherboard, i9-13900K, 8GB and 32GB RAM, and a high-end graphics card. Let me know if you need further guidance.

According to 191, you'll need to get a BIOS update for z690 to support the 13th generation CPU. If your motherboard includes a BIOS flashback option, use it for the update. Otherwise, you'll have to switch to a 12th generation CPU or visit a local shop to update it with a 12th generation unit.
