The situation seems confusing because the specs say 3200 MHz is supported on OC, yet the system fails to boot. It’s unclear why MSI chose to include XMP support only in the UEFI BIOS. There might be a reason behind that configuration, even if it doesn’t match the raw specifications.

It might not function properly since you're running a beta version of the BIOS. Beta releases haven't been fully tested and often come with issues.
