Hello everyone, this is my first post. My dad and I chose to assemble a PC together, but it hasn't started booting or showing any activity. It's still under warranty and can be returned.

Here’s the list of parts we used:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LsDjQd

We replaced the motherboard because we thought that was the problem. The new one is:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7D88TW/...b760m-a-ax

All instructions were followed in this update:
________________________________________________________________________________________
Here’s the troubleshooting we performed:

- Updated BIOS for the Gigabyte board (now returned)
- Tested the power supply using a guide (before the multimeter steps)
- Reinstalled RAM, GPU, and power connectors on both motherboards
- Tried connecting the power button pins on both boards

We searched online, asked AI, and went through every step, but we couldn’t find a solution. If anyone knows what might be wrong, please let us know.
