I assembled this machine using the link you provided. The day before installing the 7900 GRE GPU, the system booted into BIOS normally. The next day, after installing the GPU, it wouldn’t start when HDMI was connected. Switching HDMI to the motherboard resolved the issue. I’ve already had the GPU swapped out for a replacement for free, but I’m concerned about another failure. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including re-seating the GPU. Additionally, the motherboard LED is flashing white, which suggests a GPU problem. Thank you for anyone who can assist.

I haven't adjusted the bios settings yet. Would you like me to check and update them?

Use a rubber eraser to clean the GPU contact points. Check the second PCI-E slot if available. See if you receive a lock screen even with a black screen. Test the small switch on the GPU—it toggles between BIOS silent and power mode. If one interferes with the other, it may cause a boot issue.
