For roughly four months my PC has been slowly losing the ability to start. When it doesn’t boot, it shows CPU and memory error codes. Usually I restart or replace the CMOS to fix it. Sometimes it takes three hours just to power on. Details: Mobo-Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX rev 1.0 (BIOS F8b) with an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, a cooler for the GPU, a Noctua NH-D15, RTX 3070 Ti, G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5 16GB at 6000MHz (32GB total), a 750W PSU from Powerspec, 80 Plus Gold. I’ve checked everything but nothing changed. Eventually I swapped in RAM at 5800MHz 1.1V, but it still didn’t work, so I returned it. Now I’m considering replacing the RAM and PSU, hoping it’ll help before launching Starfield.

Updated. New RAM and PSU aren't restoring functionality to my PC. Still facing the drama light issue with the new motherboard.

You examine the options carefully, moving from the highest to the lowest until you identify the key individual.
