Help me through this, you're my only chance! My old gaming setup is precious to me, but it won't start if I don’t have power. The issue is the PC won’t post even though everything looks good. When I try to disconnect the CPU, it keeps running but no post—just a CPU light that flashes twice before cutting off power. Swapping the PSU helped, but not without losing power. I’ve put the CPU on a bench and changed the RAM, yet the MEM light stays off. I think there might be a MOBO problem, but I’m unsure if there’s a fix to clear it. Build: around 2013, AMD FX8350 Black Edition, Asus TUF 990FX R2.0, Sapphire Radeon 7970, Corsair RAM, 850W PSU from Dylan.

You'll require a different board for testing the CPU or another CPU for evaluating the board.

I received your message correctly. Your CPU is now on a different board and is functioning properly.

CPU moved to a different board. Started up but couldn't upload because of the BIOS problem. Swapped another CPU onto the same board and still faced the same issue.
