While trying to start with the GPU installed, the system fails to switch to VGA mode. It boots without either GPU and one I’m certain functions properly on another machine. I’m puzzled about why the power supply might be faulty or insufficient for a GPU setup. My current hardware includes a Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 7700x CPU, G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GBx2 RAM, and an EVGA Supernova 1000GT PSU. The Asus ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING card works reliably, but the other one from my old PC caused issues. I’m unsure if the PSU is defective or if there’s another factor at play.
