PC fails to power on despite fan activity linked to the motherboard.
I’m new to assembling PCs, and at first I accidentally powered it on with a screwdriver. Now that it’s inside the case, it doesn’t turn on at all. I’ve reconnected every cable and made sure the power supply is plugged into a working outlet. I tried the included PSU tester, but it doesn’t respond when I power it up. However, when the PSU is connected to the motherboard, the fan spins briefly and then shuts off when I press the power button on the case. The PSU model is an Evga Supernova 450W. I’m not sure what else to do. IMG_3647.mov
