The ROG emblem above the io illuminates and changes colors when power is applied, yet the debug indicators remain inactive and no response occurs when I activate the power button.
These indicators refer to the board IMO. Typically, if it's a BIOS problem, the CPU light activates. Are you sure the 8-pin CPU and 24-pin ATX are correctly positioned? Have you experimented with a different IPC cable?
I've verified the connectors thoroughly, tested with another CPU that uses different cables, and switched to a different IPC cord.
I agree it's the motherboard. I plan to bring the board back to Micro Center and purchase a new one that isn't sold open. Appreciate the assistance—I'll update tomorrow.
