Hello, I assembled my PC about three weeks ago and it has been functioning perfectly so far. Recently, I decided to install RGB strips, but during the process my PC shut down and it won't boot. The fans are spinning, while the CPU and DRAM lights are illuminated. It might be a short circuit somewhere. I've already tried various fixes. Please assist me urgently.

Specs:
MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk WiFi
Ryzen 5 7600
RTX 4070
Samsung 980 Pro
Corsair RM750e
corsair vengeance 2x16 5600 cl36

The issue is resolved, I have a fresh new MoBo and it's functioning properly.
