I recently assembled a new PC for professional use.
The system includes an Asus Rog B550-A Gaming, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor (8 cores / 16 threads, 36MB cache, up to 4.7 GHz maximum boost), a Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C18 memory, and a Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 240 CPU Liquid Cooler.
Additionally, it features an Asus NVIDIA GeForce STRIX-GTX1050TI-O4G-GAMING graphics card with 4 GB GDDR5 128-bit memory, an EVGA 550 BP 80+ Bronze 550W power supply, and an Asus-designed R6 case.
During setup, I encountered issues where the system failed to boot past the BIOS screen; pressing F2 or Del did not initiate the BIOS menu, leaving it stuck. I believed a BIOS update was necessary, so I updated it, which resulted in the ASUS logo changing from white to red.

I attempted various fixes—reinstalling the graphics card, reseating RAM individually, using only one RAM stick at a time, skipping hard drives, and omitting extra power cables—but the PC still wouldn’t start. I’m uncertain about the next steps or whether there’s a hardware problem.
A hard reboot at this stage would display an error message regarding the CPU fans. I’ve checked the fan hub and the CPU fan connector, but the issue persists.
Pressing F1 grants access to the BIOS, yet I can’t clearly identify any changes that would resolve the problem.
The temperatures appear normal, though the system emits a noticeable "click" sound during startup, likely due to the new water pump settling in.
The motherboard displays a green light, indicating it’s functioning correctly with other colors.
On the back panel, there might be additional components visible.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or further details.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Asus Rog B550-A Gaming
I saw you have the AIO's pump connected to the AIO_Pump header on the mid left side of the board. Which header powers the fans? Also, your BIOS is up to date—try clearing the CMOS if it helps. Unplug from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery.

The PSU Is brand new, its all new kit, thou i have questions over the gfx card, as it was not in box it was rapped in bubble rap.. The two fans from the water rad are plugged into the fan header on the back of the case, and then that is into the cpu fan on the the top edge of the board behind the rad, out of shot.
I disabled the cpu fan motoring in the bios, and that has got rid of the f1 prompt, but not the issue, of not going past the bios logo.
Tried the bat out and left it out for a min, but just the same when i plugged it in. no new error.

Uncertain about the situation, the hard drives appear, but the boot sequence is grayed out. I left the CMOS battery overnight and this morning it indicated that when the RAID configuration was created, make sure to set the SATA settings to RAID mode. Two of the hard drives were from my boss's old PC, but they weren't part of a RAID setup. I also attempted to use a Windows USB drive, but it wouldn't boot. Additionally, I recorded a video of the clicking sounds during startup in case it helps, as it still doesn't sound correct to me. View: https://youtube.com/shorts/4Z2gVB0HPH4

Link radiator fans to cpu_fan and cpu_opt fan headers on the motherboard.
Your SSD could be damaged. It isn't recognized correctly in BIOS, appearing as a SATA SSD.
Remove it.
Note. It might not be an SSD but another HDD.
Only one of your HDDs is being detected; the other is likely non-functional and blocking startup.
The drive making clicking noises seems likely to be the issue.

Yes, it was the hard drive. I had attempted it by simply removing the SATA cable while keeping the power on, but that stopped it. It worked properly once I completely removed the power. I didn’t suspect it was an HDD. Now I just need to install Windows, probably because of the clicking sound.
