I’m going through this setup carefully, knowing what to do next. The PC started up fine after booting normally, but when I used DDU to check the display, nothing appeared. I tried connecting the monitors and verified they were properly plugged in. The motherboard’s VGA debug light was lit, which suggested a hardware issue. I spent some time adjusting the connections and even re-seated the RAM, but nothing changed. Eventually, swapping the 5060 for the 1660ti resolved the problem, allowing the system to boot correctly. I’m still trying to figure out what caused the initial failure, but it seems my cables or RAM placement might have been the culprits.
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660 Gaming X
Verify BIOS version with GTX 1660 Ti. If updates are available, install the latest (currently F34). Clear CMOS afterward.
PSU: Corsair rm750x
Determine the age of the PSU.
For RAM, fill slots A2 and B2. Consider obtaining a different RAM kit instead of your current one.
