Issue described: BIOS XMP activation causes shutdown and DRAM lockup with red light. After a day, booting works again after resetting BIOS and CMOS. RAM issues persist despite replacing modules and upgrading power supply. Possible causes include motherboard model, RAM compatibility, or firmware quirks. Solutions explored involve different slots, new RAM, and BIOS updates.

It seems you're concerned about the situation. Have you reached out to Gigabyte?

I'm actively engaging in discussions, yet progress on their backing remains slow. This is why I'm seeking third-party assistance at this stage.

It's the issue you're facing with the 4x16GB DDR5 modules. Performance depends on the BIOS version, the physical sticks, and any BIOS adjustments you made. Taking out two sticks should resolve the problem.

He shared similar issues with various RAM configurations, such as 2x16 modules per the specifications. It's accurate that operating four DDR5 sticks at maximum speed can strain the memory controller. @Exyio might consider adjusting the speed manually to a level between standard JEDEC guidelines and XMP settings. Look for the fastest speed that maintains stability.

Gigabyte mentioned this during the discussion. It looks like they're emphasizing the importance of the memory controller. Adjusting speeds could help determine the best performance.
