PC won’t load out of BIOS?
I’ve been using this computer for more than a year without any issues. Recently, I replaced some components, but otherwise I haven’t changed anything much. For a while, my PC would just boot into BIOS briefly before allowing access again. Over time, the process became slower and more difficult. I thought using a USB drive might help, which it did for a short time until it stopped working. After that, I could try again later, but now even loading Windows won’t work. I’ve checked if the drive was damaged or if it tried to load but failed, but it still won’t boot. I’ve also experimented with BIOS settings, adjusting a few things, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I’m unsure whether continuing to load Windows is making things worse. I unplugged the hard drive, which let me access Windows on my SSD, but it won’t allow me to keep recovery files, meaning it would essentially reset everything. Even then, I’m worried about using the drive again without setting it as the main storage. If anyone has any advice, I’d really appreciate it—I’m pretty lost and just want to resolve this.

Gotcha my bad
CPU: Ruben 5600x
CPU cooler: some good option (probably not the issue, temps have stayed great)
Motherboard: z590 pro wifi
Ram: 32 GB Corsair ones 2x16
SSD/HDD: 1 Hitachi HDS721075CLA332
Samsung 900evo 500 GB
Plus another hard drive mentioned later
GPU: AMD 6800
PSU: not sure, think it’s 500 watts and has run fine
Chassis: not clear what this is
OS: Windows 10 x64
Monitor: AOC ROG
Bios: not sure which part, just testing everything
Model name: E7D09IMS
Version: 1.10
Build date: 4/9/21
The swapped components were really old, so I basically had to upgrade the whole system; the only thing left was the case, and all fans got updated
Another point is connected to a hard drive that ran an older version of Windows from another PC, but it never prioritized Windows—every time it restarted, it loaded in Windows 10

It's impossible to have such a system, there isn't a "Ruben" 5600x, just AMD Ryzen, and it wouldn't fit on a z590 pro wifi motherboard since it's designed for Intel processors.

Apologies once more, you're correct. The device I described is an 11th generation i5-11600k processor.
