Hello everyone, I managed to gather all the necessary components for assembling a PC today. However, during my test boot attempt before placing it in the case, it failed to power up and the DRAM LED lit up. Here are the specifications: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600, GPU: Sapphire Nitro R7 3600 2GB GDDR5, Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro, PSU: DE600 v2 600W from DeepCool Cooler, Stock cooler: R5 3600, Storage: Sillicon Power 512GB SSD. Whenever I power on the machine, the CPU LED lights up for about two seconds before the DRAM LED activates and the CPU turns off. I've tried swapping the RAM slots—every single one worked fine. Also, there were three bent pins on my CPU, but after fixing them all, it seated properly. I'm unsure if that affected anything. Additionally, my GPU fan isn't turning on; I'm not sure if it should stay off during boot. I just hope someone can assist me with this. (I know the GPU is quite outdated and in poor condition, but prices are so high right now.)
