Adjusted monitor refresh rate from 60 to 75 via Nvidia control panel. Now it doesn’t load Windows but displays an ASUS loading screen. Possible fixes could include checking drivers, updating firmware, or testing with a different refresh setting. Your specs are: GTX 970, 3.5GB RAM, 8400 i5, 6 cores, 16GB RAM.

It appears your display doesn’t handle 75Hz. Enter safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly during startup. After that, remove the NVIDIA driver and restart the system.

Occasionally the F8 key fails during startup. You need to restart your computer three times while the Windows loading window appears. Once that happens, the system should open the troubleshooting settings where you can access further recovery steps.
