I recently tried resetting my BIOS to see if it would boost performance. I removed the CMOS battery briefly and reinserted it. Now Windows 10 doesn’t recognize any RAM sticks, even though BIOS lists two installed ones and shows the correct amount in msinfo32. I’m unsure if this fixes the issue, but before resetting, my BIOS displayed dual-channel support for RAM. Is there a solution to this problem?

It usually indicates a single instance or configuration is active, often related to app settings or system preferences in Windows.

in task manager it displays only 4gb of memory while you actually have 8 installed. the games run significantly slower now compared to before. after resetting the bios, the situation improved.
