PC fails to completely power down following GPU installation.
After the upgrade, the PC didn’t power down completely. The operating system and other components shut off, but the fans continued spinning until I manually turned it off by pressing the power button. This issue began following the GPU upgrade. I removed the drivers using DDU, reinstalled them, but it didn’t resolve the problem. The SFC scan and fast boot option also didn’t help much. I’m not sure if the problem is with the GPU itself. The specific model I had was an inno3d RTX 5070, and before that, a Gigabyte RTX 3070 was installed. The motherboard is a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite.
Hello, I checked it. The problem persists on your Aorus B550 after swapping the 3060 Ti for a RTX 5070 Ti.
