Greetings, I’m uncertain of the reason, yet each time I attempted to play games—particularly Metro 2033 and Last Light—my system experiences crashes or freezes necessitating a forceful restart. Despite this, my computer's specifications should accommodate these titles without issue. I suspect the Aorus engine or Windows power settings may be the cause, though I’m not entirely certain. My graphics drivers are current. Here are my complete system details:

Operating System: Windows 10 Professional
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600X
Motherboard: Asus TUF B450M-Plus Gaming
Graphics Card: Gigabyte Aorus RX 570 Gaming 8GB
Memory: Adata DDR4 XPG Flame U-DIMM 16GB 2400 MHz
Power Supply: EVGA 750 GQ

I own a Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive, and currently have Windows 10 with four games—Metro Redux, Last Light, Halo CE SPV 3.2, and Spec Ops: The Line—installed. I’ve utilized only 81 GB of the device’s capacity.

This computer is relatively new, having been purchased three weeks ago. I'm somewhat unfamiliar with contemporary technologies and potential issues due to my previous experience dating back to 2012, when I had a Radeon HD 5750 and a Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition. Furthermore, this marks my initial personal use of Windows 10; technical staff handle any problems at work. I've exclusively used Windows 7 for years, so I’m uncertain where to begin troubleshooting.

I would strongly suspect a problem with the graphics card, and I’d like to investigate whether its fans and heatsink are functioning correctly. Please monitor its temperature readings.

I’ve installed the newest compatible graphics drivers and checked the temperature using HWinfo; it remained below 62°C. I don’t believe I’m stressing the system too much, as I'm utilizing a 1360x768 television as my display.

I’ve recently had my computer returned from warranty service. They replaced the hard drive and graphics card, but I still experience the same problem. I suspect the operating system is the cause. What are your thoughts on this?
