I’m experiencing this problem exclusively during gameplay with specific titles. Previously, it only occurred with Fortnite (consistently) and The Sims 4 (sporadically). This began after I reset my computer. I suspected driver problems, so I performed a second reset to start fresh and reinstalled the drivers. However, the same issue persists: my HDMI input vanishes along with an unpleasant audio distortion, requiring me to forcefully shut down my PC. My system specifications are as follows: Windows 10 64-bit Intel i7 4-core Msi h97 motherboard AMD radeon r9 390. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

For several months, I've experienced the identical problem. The game becomes stuck, emits a repeating audio sequence, and the only resolution is a forced restart. This has exclusively occurred during gameplay with PES and FIFA. Additionally, there was a single instance of a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurring afterward. My power supply unit (PSU) is recently replaced, unlike a previous one that caused completely distinct problems.
