Chipset drivers have been installed and kept current.
The BIOS is up to date, and the GPU is also current.
Other drivers like audio, LAN, wireless, USB, and Bluetooth are all up to date.
I have always maintained the necessary drivers, and I always reinstalled Windows before uninstalling it. However, the problem still continues.

Yes, the problems persist even after a fresh Windows setup. Once Windows is installed, I only add Brave to locate the required drivers, yet issues like fan activation, irregular overheating, and incomplete refreshes continue in Chrome and Brave.
