Hey everyone, do you have any ideas to help? I'm experiencing problems where using unlimited download speed in Steam makes my PC freeze. When I run Wallpaper Engine and see stuttering during downloads, it stops completely once paused. The system health check shows everything normal, but formatting didn't fix it. I've also tried changing the download location to another M2 chip in the system, but the issue persists. My specs are 12700k with 32GB RAM, HyperX RTX 4090, and Samsung 980 Ti. Any suggestions would be great!

Your current download speed depends on your system's processing power. Faster files mean more work for the CPU, which can lead to lag if it struggles.

Your download speed isn’t quick enough to explain the slowdown you’re seeing, though your CPU usage appears fairly high (possibly due to screen recording). Honestly, I’m not sure what’s causing it. Still, I thought it might be useful to share this so someone else can assist, sorry if it helps.
